Hint/Tips Information added

We finally finished added all of the hint/tip information to the top of the existing editor pages.
These will guide you in filling out the form information.
A common hint is to always press the save button before changing pages. If you don’t all of your changes will be lost.
Also, most of the pages can be renamed, and if you don’t want to add information that is asked for a certain page, just leave it blank.
